The Hydro Valve is a Wetness Sensor connected to an automatic water shutoff solenoid valve. It is designed to detect water that may leak from Hot Water Systems, Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Water Dispensers, Laundries, Basements or any floodable area, where there is the possibility of a leaking appliance or broken pipe joint flooding the premises. Internal Use only.

The Hydro Valve is available with a selection of quality shut off valves, linked by a cable to a Wetness Sensing Control Unit

What valve size does it fit?

Hydro Valve is available in 15mm, 20mm and 25mm sizes. The solenoid is interchangeable and can be swapped out to fit all 3 valve sizes.

Is The Hydro Valve certified?

Yes, The Hydro Valve is certified to meet AS5300.476 and AS4020 Watermark approved

What is the cable length?

The cable length is 2 meters allowing you plenty installation options without restricted placement.

Does it come with batteries?

Batteries are not supplied. We recommend using high quality alkaline or lithium batteries to ensure the sensor and valve perform optimally.

How does it work?

Hydro Valve is a solenoid valve with a sensor that automatically shuts off your water supply when water is detected in your safety tray.
