Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders ship free within Australia, with no minimum purchase required. Orders are dispatched from our Brisbane facility (QLD, 4110) and are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

International Shipping Policy
International orders are shipped from the same Brisbane facility and may take 14-21 days for delivery, depending on the destination. Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Please note that any customs or import duties that may be incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is supplied via email within 24 hours of the order has being placed. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Shipments
Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If you do not receive all of your items at once, please allow a few days for all items to arrive.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, you will be informed and can choose to wait for the item to be restocked or receive the rest of your order immediately. Additional items will be shipped once they are available.
